Hello,
Could you tell me how I should handle answering my legal name on form N-400 as it is missing a box to enter my suffix (on all legal documents I use Jr)?
I have the same general question regarding answering Part 11 subsection 7, 18, 27 and 28. The directions say to not leave any question unanswered but these question all have a section that says if "Yes". Because of this i was thinking that I should not answer the "if yes" part because the previous question is "No".

I checked my old forms and i did use comma Jr (great idea as I had forgotten).
I will also not answer the other questions because, as you said, they only need to be answered if I check "Yes".
