It's been a month since I made my complaint and I called and they told me that it still has not been reviewed and that once it gets reviewed that it might take a little longer since it's a different department. Sending the receipt is a good thing as it will prevent you from waiting an additional 42 days but even that is not promised. I think I'll just pay my money again

    Did you pay it by mail?

    That's the mistake I made. Those people are full of problems

  2. Help! Has this I should happened to anyone? On June 7th 2015 i received my AOS FEE INVOICE for 120 dollars and on July 9 2015, i received the IMMIGRANT VISA FEE INVOICE FOR 325 DOLLARs. The system has been down so I couldn't make the payment online. On August 3, 2015. I purchased a money order of 445 dollars (combined total) and put both invoice fee bills in the package and sent it to their address. On August 6, 2015, I received an email saying that they have received my AOS PAYMENT. I Never received confirmation of my immigration fee being received as it was all in one money order. I called them on August 14th 2015, and was told that the only thing in their system that was paid is the AOS FEE and that their system does not even show that they sent me an invoice for the immigration ds 260.

    They checked and saw that I had actually been invoiced but they are not sure where that part of the payment is. The customer service rep. Messaged her supervisor and said I would have to wait 42 days. I went ahead and sent proof of my money order by scanning my purchasers copy.

    Anyway I can speed this up? Has this happened to anyone?

    This is exhausting.
