My wife is a GC holder and we got married a few months back and we are both in the US. We filled for the I-130, I-485 & I-765 concurrently. The I-130 was taken with the money order ($420) whereas the i485 & i765 were returned along with their money orders. the reason stated on the form i-797c is for me to retach a missing page on the i-864 and the following documents maybe provided:

original I-130 form

original I-140 form

original I-360

or

a copy of form I-797 or

evidence a petition is pending on my behalf

Any input will be greatly appreciated here.... I'm currently tensed about this whole thing
