Thank you for the info, actually i paid them all through mail and even the IV fee 3weeks ago but i dont see them paid yet in the portal, so is it okay to submit all the docs through mail including the AOS forms that i just printed out?

How would you know that you met the threshold requirements that you won't need co-sponsor?

Two are minors and my eldest is turning 20 this month. Should I-864W will be fine for the minor? What'a the difference of these 2 forms?

Just wanna know which one is the right AOS form with I-130 petitioning a total of 3 children filed separately. The petitioner itself is a US citizen and biological mother of 3 children.

I am going on the same situation here. Our case is like this; I paid the AOS and IV fee through mail and got confirmation through email but until now I dont see that they're paid already on the portal and it has been 2weeks now. I emailed the nvc yesterday no waiting for their reply. Should I just proceed in submitting the docs, while waiting for the IV ds-260 online?

I also get confused on the AOS forms. I am the biological mother, the agent and a US citizen petitioning my 3 children under I-130forms, I paid the AOS already but could not ger to their website to do the forms. Do i need to submit the i-864EZ for each immigrant for this kind of case or if not what kind of forms or no need to submit one?
