So, I am gathering evidence and looking through this forum and am realizing a lot of people have financial type of evidence such as purchasing a home, including someone in a will, etc etc.

My evidence includes:

-birth certificate of my newborn child

-tax return/tax transcript of 2014 (I didn't work before that since I was a student and still living with parents; my husband was not in the states until Oct. 2013)

-rental agreement proof (we only lived here 6 months then moved in with my parents)

-proof of our current address

-some photos

-joint bank account

I've thought about this for days and I literally cannot think of another evidence I can send. Can someone give me advice or maybe an idea that I have not tought of yet?

I want to add my husband's name change request when he received green card but some are saying its better to do now in the I-751. Has anyone done this?

Due to the war in Afghanistan, birth certificates were lost. Therefore, when my husband got his new one once he was older they were not including his last name. It is common in Afghanistan to include middle name, first name instead of the usual last name, first name. But because USCIS goes by proof of documents my husband's name does not actually include his surname. Its basically his middle name as his first name and his first name as his middle name.

We have wanted to change this so that i too could change my name to his surname. But we were waiting until his permanant green card. But i heard and read that i should use the name he wants to change his name into so that the process could be faster.

Can someone direct me? Should i just wait until we receive our card and then change names?

I'm reading on several sites that affidavits written by other people regarding our marriage is considered good evidence. What should I do? DO I need to submit affidavits or is it okay? Someone please help.

New to this forum and hope you all can direct me in the right path.

Trying to complete the I-751 and I am stuck where they ask for Children 1, Children 2....

My husband(conditional resident) and I just had our baby girl two months ago in the states, so she already is citizen. Do I still need to include her in the Children 1, Children 2 sections? or is that section just for children who are petitioning with the conditional resident?

And also, I am already a citizen so do i need to include my Alien number?
