Hello to all,

My husband and I will be going back home to the Philippines next month (March) and we already bought a ticket last month (January). As I've heard K3 is a Multiple entry. Is this true? I'm just worried because my AOS interview will be on April 3, 2007. Is it OK if I travel before my interview or do I need some papers to comply? Please help me...

Yes, K3 is multiple entry for 2 years. If it has been less than 2 years since you first used it, you will be fine. Enjoy your vacation.

Hi everyone!!

My husband's K-3 visa was approved today at the embassy in Caracas!!! We are sooooo excited!!!! We pick up the visa tomorrow morning and fly out late tomorrow afternoon!!

It was really quite painless. We had our appt for 8:30 in the morning but were there by 6:30. As soon as we went in I went racing for a number and we waited maybe half an hour. The only thing that took a long time was when we had to pay for the visa because the systems were down for about an hour and a half.

I also have to add that the immigration officer was really really nice and she has been very helpful through the entire process. I've constantly been in contact with the embassy because of all the delays we ran into and it was thanks to her that we were able to get an appointment before my Venezuelan expired (which is on Monday).

Thanks to all the VJers for their support!!! I hope that everyone gets quick and easy approvals!!!

You will need the affidavit of Support the day on your interview the consul would ask to submit that to you. My husband gave to me the Affidavit of Support one week before my interview because my husaband wanted to get freshly notarized it.

"Receive date" on the notice is considered NOA1 date. Thats the date they show online. The differencein number of days for members occurs cuz of mail delays.

the received date on mine was 14 days before the notice date and I actually had it my hand 18 days after it was received by the NBC. I mentioned before some list their NOA1 receipt day as the day they actually got it in the mail.

I personally am keeping close tabs on those little red lines on the " where the k3 stands" post and comparing my timeline to those. So , if there isn't a clear definition of noa1 receipt days........well you know.

So just to be clear .........we're counting from received date( on the noa1 ) to approved date ...correct ?

I cant believe this has happen so fast , I filed on 5/18/06 . So I really thought I would be waiting till the end of the year . We filed through the CSC so it is that much more amazing . I'm not here to gloat or anything just wanted to let everyone know . I understand how hard soemthing like this is to take on. So to all still waiting hang in there it seems to be moving quicker.

I'm just glad this part is over , looking forward to next waiting process, lol

Hi Everyone, Well Marie and I are finally Husband and Wife-I am soooooooo happy. I am starting the petition today and hope to have it ready to send on Monday. So here comes the questions Guys and Gals I just dont want to mess anything up and have the process delayed. Its so hard to be apart from each other and I sure wouldnt want a simple little error on some form to keep us apart any longer than we have to be. Im sure you can all understand. I just want to share that we got aproved! I checked our account on uscis web site and there it was; "This case has been approved." YES!!!!!!!!!

Thanks to GOD. I had my interview last Thursday August 24, 2006 at the US Embassy, Manila Philippines and I was so happy because I was APPROVED. Yes your wife can travel anytime if she received the visa.

Melinda and I used Holmes and Lolly in San Diego Ca and so far have been very happy with them. All the paperwork was done right the first time and it went through NOA1 and NOA2 very quick, just 62 days.

Also I get fast replies to all of my questions when I call or e mail.
