We have an interview date but the address at which we will live in the states has changed. I noticed that in the DS-260 you have to place the address where the beneficiary would live but my address has changed. Should I change the address now or can my wife change it at the interview? And how would I go about changing that address?

I can't support the living expenses for my family here and myself there. Is this reason enough?

I have sent all of my supporting documents to the NVC two weeks ago. I want to expedite my case because I am in Peru and I will be moving back to the United States in September, leaving my family here. I called in about expediting the case and they just told me to send an expedite request to nvcexpedite@state.gov. Does anyone know what I should place in the NVC Expedite Request and how to prepare it?

The Document Cover Sheet gives a list of documents and the order they should be in. Where do I put the Affidavit of Support of the Joint Sponsor and their documents? How should it all be organized?

We have already begun the visa process. We are with the DS-62. We have the possibility of changing her last name to mine. Will this cause any problems?

I am living with my wife in Peru with our baby who was born in Argentina but is a U.S. citizen. I am filling out the DS-260 form and it is asking my wife if I, her spouse, and her child will be immigrating with her to the United States. Our baby and I are U.S. citizens so I don't know how to answer the question. We will be traveling with her but we are citizens. Do I answer yes or no?

We are in Peru and I am filling out the DS-260. It asks if I want the Green Card to be mailed to our future address in the States. Do we need the card upon entry into the United States? Or is sent after we have already entered?

For the sponsor part of the petition it requires that copies of my tax returns are sent in. Does that mean a full copy or just of certain pages?

I received a notice from the NVC detailing further instructions. One of them is to pay the AOS (Affidavit of Support) fee. But I will be using a joint sponsor. Do I have to pay this fee more than once?

I-864 requires copies of three years of tax transcripts but I have been living outside of the states for two years and I have been studying. What can I do? What should I do?

I am not attempting visa fraud I am asking what visa would be best for her niece because we are taking care of her until her mom comes back from studying in France.

She is nine years old. I have looked into some things. She could only attend public schools if she were attending high school and we would pay tuition. Right now I am looking into good private schools.

From what I read, there is a possibility that should could enter with F-1 student visa but I need to look into it more. We might be taking care of her for more than a year.

My wife will be receiving a spousal visa. We are currently taking care of her niece and we will be moving to the states soon. Can we bring her with us with using a tourist visa or is there a better option?

They dont have DCF in Argentina. We are in Argentina and I had to send the papers to Chicago. We just recently sent the papers. We still haven't reached phase two of the papers.

I am from the US and my wife is from Peru but we are living in Argentina. We filed the papers with the location set for the embassy in Argentina. We are planning on moving to Peru. Can we change the location of the interview after having began the papers?

I am a US citizen and my wife is Peruvian. We met and got married in Argentina. She is a legal resident here. We have been living together for over a year here in Argentina. There is no DCF available here in Argentina but there is DCF in Peru. I have sent in my I-130 petition but it was rejected because of a minor error. Should we just fix the error and make the wait here in Argentina or should we go to Peru?

We are both living here in Argentina with our baby. The baby is already registered. We sent the I-130 petition two weeks ago. We would like to go to the states for the holidays and because it will be my mom's 60th birthday and my brothers and I are going to do a huge family get-together.

We got married in November 2014, our baby was born in September 2015, and we sent a I-130 petition for the IR-1/CR-1 visa for my wife.
We would like to visit my family for the holidays. How probable is it that they will give my wife a tourist visa if she applies?

I sent in my I-130 petition two weeks ago to the USCIS offices in Chicago but I haven't received a reply or notification. How long does it normally take for them to notify that they have received the petition?

We just had a baby and we are married. I have to wait to register our child at the US embassy. Should I start the CR-1 or wait until our child is registered?

I am an American citizen and I am currently living with my wife in Argentina. We got married in Argentina and we are expecting a baby in September. My wife is from Peru. We got married in November of last year but they screwed up our marriage certificate and it took until recently to fix it so we put off filing for the visa until we had everything fixed. We are both living in Argentina currently. My question is can we do DCF filing in Argentina? Or what would be the best way of going about the visa? Thanks for your help.
Interview coming up but police report from previous country of residence is expired.

My wife has an interview date coming soon in Peru. We got a police report from Argentina just before leaving Argentina to move to Peru to continue the visa process and that was in March. It does not have an expiration date but many places state that they only are good for three months. Should we continue with the interview or should we reschedule until we have a more current police report?
