Does anybody have the NVC number? My case was "sent on the 17th" Today makes exactly 2 weeks- and no update! I'm hoping they have received it by now!

the number is 603-334-0700.. you have to be consistent... is going to tell you a lot of times that due to the high volume of calls every representative is busy.. keep redialing .. once it rings once that means you're connected.. do not hang up and follow the instructions.

Hola veecee29, I just called to NVC and they received my case on the 25th, still no case number. I will call next week again. How about you?

i say give them about 15 days to 16 from the day they received them... mines was received on September 14 and called yesterday and i got my Case and VIN# already... i say maybe by October 15-16 they might have your things ready...

Just got my case and VIN number today .. filled form DS-261 and pay my Affidavit fee... i am so happy .... Hang in there everyone...

I hope not I'm in the same boat with everyone her ...

I've been reviewing other peoples timelines (mostly Feb filers) and it seems that within 5 days from the case being sent to the NVC, it was received. My case was sent exactly a week ago to the NVC and it has yet to have been "received". Is this normal? How long does it usually take? I am trying to be patient, but it is getting hard.): Hope everyone else's luck is going well!

I do not know what are they doing.. i guess because we are getting to the end of the year they are taking it easy, but like wise.. i was approved by USCIS on August 5, 2015, USCIS send me an E-mail on September 9, 2015 stating that they had sent my case to NVC .. but they did not received it.. or scanned it into the building until September 14, 2015. I called yesterday and my case is not yet in the system, they say it takes approximately 42 days to be in it and create the CASE and VIN #.. They are been very slow lately ..

On my part my case is in the NVC since September 14, waiting to get my Cae Number and VIN #... they say it takes about 42 days to be in the system.

Just got approved an hour back! It's early morning here and I was sleeping when my wife called me with a lot of excitement and gave me the good news! NOA1/PD was April 2nd! Our case was received on March 30th though! This was TSC btw! Good luck to all of you still waiting - not too far away now!

have you tried to email them? I emailed them regarding my case number and IIN then an hour later i received a reply from them attached a pdf file with our NVC case number and IIN.

I was approved yesterday !!! P.D Feb 27th. Although am a Feb filer but since I filed at the end of Feb I also merge with March filers. About few days ago, I read someone say he/she called USCIS and asked to speak to an immigration officer so I told my hubby about it. So he decided to call them yesterday, he initially spoke to the USCIS customer service representative who told us they are processing Jan 13th files in TSC and said we should be patient as usual but insisted he wanted to speak to an immigration officer. She asked for all our informations and said we should give them 45days to make a decision. When he told me 45days, I busted into tears for hours. I didn't understand why I should wait another 45days when we were about to clock 6months next week. This morning my husband was just talking to me on the phone and decided check our status online, he couldn't believe the approval notice was yesterday 20th of Aug. and he had to re check the receipt number again if it was correct. Behold it was our approval we haven't gotten any email or text msg. To those waiting for their approval ur testimony will come like it did for us. Be strong, patient they will get to ur case.

CONGRATULATIONS .. . IT FEELS AWESOME... BUT THE WAIT AND THE PROCESS NOW CONTINUES WITH NVC AND IT SEEMS THEY ARE TAKING THEIT LITTLE SWEET TIME.. .. BEEN APPROVED FOR 20 DAYS BY USCIS ALREADY. BUT WHEN I CALLED NVC YESTERDAY THEY SAID THAT MY CASE HAVE NOT BEEN RECEIVED YEST, THAT IT TAKES ABOUT 35 DAYS FOR THEM TO LOG IN.

The RFE was for an unsigned certificate of translation, ugh. Responded and today I see the status shows they received the RFE response. So should be soon.

Hi all...I got my noa2 today..my i130 and k3 are approved..

Sent in petition March 1,2015. Received priority date March 3. Filed to Chicago Lockbox and was sent to Nebraska. Still waiting for NoA2. Its been 5+ months. How can I call and/or email Nebraska directly? I called USCIS hotline and they were absolutely no help at all, since they say that they are processing Jan 2014, however from reading the posts here it seems like that is not the case.

Can someone please give me the number and email for Nebraska?

We are starting to lose hope. Thank God for these forums!

NSCFollowup.NCSC@uscis.gov ...write the e-mail just like i wrote it. I think Nebraska is actually not working on the cases from the dates it says in the USCIS page.. i'm a march filler .. PD 03/16/2015 and my aunt in April and my and hers got already approved....

So I just received my NOA2 thru email and double checked on myuscis! Approved!! My Priority date: March 18, and approved today August 10, a little under 5 months at Nebraska Service Center. God is good. My advice: continue being patient, and keeping busy, and staying positive, and maintaining communication with your spouse as well as your service center.

your PD is same as mine march 3rd but i'm in the same boat as you are. So i did call to USCIS on Wednesday ,i talk to the first person about my case and according to him the NBC is processing 16 Jan 2014 cases and this freaked my out and just ask for to transfer to Tier 2 officer which he did and then the second person told me that NBC is processing the files from 6th February 2015, well this gives me some kind of relief and was told to call back after 30 days. But the reality is NBC is working on files filed in march since people with march-PD are getting approvals. So lets hope we get approvals soon. Please update me about any progress on your side.

They are most defenetly have to be working on March and started some cases from April already because i just got mine approved on Wednesday August 5 and my PD is March 16 .. and my aunt case was filed on April and received my email last night that she has been approved ... .... your shouldn't be far behind...

It does not mean anything bad.. that happened to my aunts filling papers and we sent everything and they have already proceeded with the case..

I tried an online inquiry earlier today and got a message that I was still within the processing time.

My PD date is 3/2

Not sure how long I have to wait for the system to accept an inquiry but will keep trying.

Unfortunately I cant call them from work

the problem is that according to the processing time for Nebraska now is January 16, 2014.. so technically you are in a one year 2 month processing range .. but i believe that is not accurate at all .. what i recommend is send Nebraska an E-mail to find out about your case...

ours is in Vermont Service Center and PD date is March 3, but no news yet, this is so frustrating!! anyway so you emailed the place of your service center, I did that but all I got was to for my husband to call them...

I E-mailed Nebraska on Friday asking about my case .. and what was going on .. and got approved yesterday ..

Hi all, we are filing an I-130 for a child. There is not much out there for processing times for IR2/CR2 visas but it looked like the DS130 processing time should mirror the IR1/CR1 spouse cases. Our NOA1 date is March 18 so hoping we will be receiving NOA2 soon along with the rest of the March filers. Am I correct to assume our DS130 will be processed along the same timeline as the couples here?

The child is a Minor so , it should be around the same time frame as the spouses fillers...
