  1. Hi all,

This is a great forum and I've been doing a lot of reading on IR5.

I'm a US Citizen and have applied for my parents. Their case is approved and they both have interview dates. From the various reading/research, I think I know that the kids DO NOT qualify to accompany with my parents but in the interview letters, they have mentioned the CFRP (Cuban Family Reunification Parole) program interviews.

    Here's the exact quote:

"Go to the Required Visa Interview Documents and Document Status Code Definitions section of this letter and

    view code V."
V - View the website at http://havana.usint.gov/cfrp.htmlfor English or http://spanish.havana.usint.gov/cfrp.html for Spanish and follow the instructions.

All my siblings are under the age of 21 and are unmarried and they do NOT reside in Cuba. Has anyone else seen something similar where they list the CFRP program in the interview letter? What does this exactly mean? I don't think this is something they would put in all interview letters they send out, or is it? Does the CFRP apply to other countries other than Cuba?

I'm really confused because all of the research that I've done states that children cannot accompany their parents in I-130/IR5 cases but the mention CFRP in the interview letter really made it confusing. Can someone please shed some light on this?

    Thanks in advance!
