I wanted to add her on my bank accounts for many times, she didn't want. I told her to add me on her account and she said "are you crazy? do you want me to give you access to my money? NEVER" and ... that's it. I don't know. I don't want to go home, I have nothing/ nobody in my country.

My marriage its like this:

She's a teacher, making extremly good money, I work as landscaper not much money, but there's a job. She gets something like $5.000/month, I get something like $2.200. She NEVER paid a bill in this house, and I do not exagerate, NEVER gave a penny for anything. I pay the bills , I buy the groceries etc. I wanted to get the driving license she didnt let me to get it because she told me I dont need one, I wanted to make a medical insurance she didnt let me because she said I dont need one. When she buys something to eat, she writes her name on the food, and she eats by herself. Even if I am the ONLY one who buys groceries, I have to ask before to eat something, when I want to go out for a walk, she starts and scream why do I have to take a walk? People, I swear to God and I do not have any reason to lie to you, she is not doing anything beside going to work and playing on PC all day long. I clean, I wash, I cook. Does it sounds like a slave? Yes, thats how do I feel in this marriage, I am the only one who gives a (beep) about this. I can not anymore, I am tired, I don't have patience anymore. In a marriage its suppose to be two people, not one. That's my situation, thats why I want to divorce.

We dont have any joint account. She never wanted to add me on hers and because she didnt want to add me I didnt add her on mine. I have bills on my name, that comes where we live. We did not buy anything together, we dont have any property together. Shes selfish and she wants everything just for her.

Can my boss help me with somethig? I mean he said he will help me with everything so I can stay legal in here.

There's nothing keeping you in the US if you divorce her. Why is it so important to stay in the US? You married her for love right? Not because she live in the US. Time to divorce, move on and go home.

Friday I got in mail my Work Permit and my Travel Permit. For Green Card, as usual you have to wait longer.

I want to know, if I do divorce now, when i'm still waiting for green card, I will have to go back in my country? or I can stay with my EAD legal and trying to find a legal way to stay legal? I came with K-1 visa.

I want to intend the divorce because she cheated on me, and she does not treat me good at all.

Hello everyone! I came in the US with K-1 fiancee visa a while ago, and not a long time ago I found out my wife cheated on me, I do have the proof. I am still waiting for my documents (work,travel and GC), but I dont want to live with her anymore. What can I do? I don't want to leave US because she cheated on me... any advices?
