Mine took around two weeks, I got my EAD dead on the three month date and luckily got AOS the day after. Both Green Card and EAD card arrived in the same mail.

I recently submitted for AOS - including the EAD and AP application. I have received the NOA and my Bio app already. I was just wondering, it says around 90 days to get EAD/AP approval, however what id like to know is how long it takes to physically receive the card once your approved. Im hoping to travel back to London at the beginning of Feb just for a family celebration.

if anyone has any experience in this i would appreciate it.

Secondly... did I read that right?? It only took 3 months for your AOS to be approved?

It did, I was in complete shock when I randomly checked my case number and saw a message. I had to get a friend to go and check it for me as well. I was VERY surprised.

Little update from me! Flew in May 13th, settling in well with a few bumps along the way and have had some great support from other VJ-ers. We applied for AOS end of July, NOA was August 5th and our AOS was approved exactly three months later on November 5th with no interview ? To those going through the process it is worth it, it may get a little rough with adjusting to a new life in the US but it's totally worth it ? Now on to collating evidence for ROC in a couple years time. Wishing you all well on this crazy but worth it journey!

I guess although paperwork was received end of July my noa1 date is August 5th so I'm an August filer. Already have bio metric is scheduled, got that a week after noa1 letter. Good luck everyone on your journey!

Well I'm here in Virginia, trying to settle into normal life. POE was okay, very long just happened my flight got in late to DC when three others arrived so ended up queuing for a good hour and a half. I'll pop a review up soon!

Just an add on, I contacted Knightsbridge to ask why I didn't have a page two from my medical in February, they kindly emailed me page one and two and apologised.

I intend to print the email and both pages for AOS. They were really helpful and got back to me really quick.

Had my interview today, it was painless and took an hour total. So glad to finally be done with the K-1 side of things

Congratulations!!! My POE is DC this Friday, the last three weeks have gone so quickly, kind of a blur!

It took 95 days, but I finally got my NOA2 I am really really happy that I am onto the next bit now. I know I have to wait for NVC before I can get my medical. But hopefully I should be able to do that in May. I've got everything ready for the next bit including the interview so I'm good to go. I'm currently in the process of getting my daughter ready for enrolling at school. I have a few bits of medical paperwork I need to do here in the UK.

how's everyone doing? not been on much since finishing my contract at work!! Interview is next Thursday, nervous is an understatement but have checked my file and think I have everything needed. I'm sure I will still be checking the folder a few more times! lol.

I had issues with mine because of where the eyes were centered even though I did it as per the machine standards - a photo editor did mine in the end. Am glad you got it sorted though

I would give NVC a call just to enquire if a date has been scheduled or not - I know it can take a while for them to schedule the actual interview but give them a call, they are super helpful and will put your mind at ease. They helped me a lot.

I've read the reviews on here as I am also going to have Washington Dulles as my POE - the reviews have been a great help for me along with the reviews of the embassy in London.

When I submitted my DS160 I was employed and will be employed until April 10th (I'm working a three month contract) by the time I get to interview I'll be unemployed do I declare this to them before or at the interview before they ask if everything is correct?

Causing me a little anxiety, I know it shouldn't but it is.

I've been off here for a couple of weeks. Last time I posted that I had my medical at Knightsbridge and they had requested some more information about an operation I had aged 5, after driving my doctors crazy for a couple of weeks pushing to get the information and having to pay £50 for the info Knightsbridge wanted, It was received by Knightsbridge yesterday and is being sent to the embassy today

Update: Received a letter today in the mail with my interview set for April 21st! Whoop!

It has taken almost 7 weeks since I sent that Notification / had my medical. It's probably exactly 6 weeks since they received my medical though.

That helped, payment is first and then enter appointment details. Phew. I'll sort that out over the weekend and get the payment made.

Yeah I was. Followed step by step as per the guide on here but takes me to payment day after selecting courier. Odd.

Couldn't find a number to call and ask, tried emailing they said wrong email address gave me a link back to the page I was on.

Any one had issues with registering interview date when paying fees - the option isn't there for me and as soon as I input my personal details it takes me straight to payment page
