EAD approved!!!! Finally But we contacted our congressman last week and Monday it was approved, I think that is what got ours approved. Still waiting for AOS.

I am still waiting. I filed service request for my EAD on March 31 but no answer. Today I called uscis and I talked with a lady.. she say me to wait 30 days and call again. This is annoying

I agree very annoying. We cant put a service request yet because of RFE but I did right an email to my congressman. Saw it may have helped others. Hopefully ours will be coming soon!

Anyone else still waiting? We had RFE for 2015 tax return and they got it March 24 haven't heard anything since.

Can you do a service request for 75 days for EAD if you recieved a RFE?

They have our rfe but no response yet and we need him to work.

I chose severe loss and then said I have a Job letter to show as proof. I faxed it the day after I open the request to expedite my case!

Are you a k1? Also if I could ask was the severe loss due to a lose of a job for petitioner. Also was it after you sent AOS? Sorry all the questions

After we sent our application I went on unpaid maternity leave. Kind of thought we would have EAD by now so we have no income coming in. And they sent rfe for recent tax return and possible cosponsor if we can't provide assests. But now I have no income and cosponsor would not file their taxes till April if we use them. So we are at a stand still with application.

We did Biometrics last wednesday. Our case was updated and said they have sent an RFE. Anyone else had this yet? I have no idea what more evidence they want.

Rcvd our Biometrics letter appointment is Feb 3 yay! One day before our baby will be here ahhh

Does anyone know if we get anything for the work permit after the NOA1?

Got my biometric appointment letter in the mail on Saturday 16th Jan, for 29th of Jan!!! Only sent my aos package on January 5th!

We received our text sunday night with NOA1, but we got 2 text and 2 emails. It was just for my husband. wonder if it was a glitch or we were wondering one text for AOS and one for EAD.

Looked it up on the USCIS website and yes one is for EAD and one for AOS

My finance picked up his visa today!!! YAY!

Literally JUST got a text from my fiancee... she has picked up her visa from the Brampton post office!

OMG AHH It already says Visa ISSUED!!! I am so happy! Now we just wait to pick it up I guess. I really needed this being 8 months pregnant and stressing! What a relief!

yes it is still "READY" with case created/ case updated: 8th Dec and a little note under it which says: blah blah ....check back in two business days

We just had interview Mon and now it says Administrative processing! Hopefully we dont stay there long! And an Issue is next

Hey ...Quick question. Did you all notice a date update on CEAC website before the interview? (Even though the status was READY)

My date on the CEAC website keeps changing.... . My interview is on the 7th Dec

yes just noticed that on mine as well. Ours is Dec 7th too. CEAC now says Dec1 updated
