      I agree with you the agents are very rude and all people there are lazy to do their job and always lie to us . I'm very upset my case is CR1 and is in NVC since June 8 , now is under supervisor review since 3 weeks ago and even don't start working in my case and event don't review my DS-260 very very bad services.
