Hi everyone, just wanted to let everyone know that my fiancé in Nepal got his K-1 visa and collected his passport Monday, 11/23/15. So excited and he will be arriving to the U.S in 12/12/15.. Thank you everyone for your help and wish you luck in your journey.

The process was, that they will contact him once the passport is ready. They will email him to pick-up at the embassy where he had his interview.

Hi, my fiancé checked on CEAC and it state on 11/4/15 visa "ISSUED" and it says your visa is in final processing. It's 11/18/15 and it still says the same. What is the next process? Please help?

Thank you for your kind words and for knowing what we are going through. Happy to also inform you that my fiancé got his Visa on 10/30/15. Congratulations on finding love. I am pretty much the same as you my fiancés interview is in 2 weeks. I will let you know how it goes. It is a shame how men older than their fiancés are not frowned upon but us women having younger men... well you know how that goes.. good luck to you.

I just got my NOA2 approval today....I'm so excited..So the number of days from NOA1 which was issued on 6/18/15 was 51 days.

NOA1 - 6/18/15

NOA2 - 8/07/15

I counted from June 18 until August 7, 2015 including Saturday & Sunday = 51 days, 7 weeks...Yahooo!

Good luck to everyone else and I will keep you posted on how fast my fiance get the K-1 visa.

Hi, I was 19 when I came to US. My husband was 52 years old that time. He applied for K1 for me and I passed. Now we are married for almost 5 years. As long as everything is legitimate there would be no problem. I've known couple same as you guys, the guy only knew her less than a year and then she was issued a k1 visa. Goodluck!!!

Our visa journey:

6/10/15 - Sent out I-129F package

6/16/15 - USCIS in Lewisville, TX received & accepted case & routed to USCIS California Service Center

6/18/15 - USCIS of California sent me a text that they received my case.

6/19/15 - Check was cashed

6/23/15 - NOA 1 received which is the I-729C
