I just received the Application Support Center appointment notice for my biometrics. They are asking me to bring my passport, driver's licence, national ID, military ID, or State issued photo ID. I don't have any photo identification that is already in my married name. Can I just show them my passport in my maiden name and my marriage certificate? Thanks!

I applied for my adjustment of status late, after 90 days of my K1 visa status. I sent my papers to US Department of Homeland Security USCIS in Chicago, IL last March 9, 2016. I checked its tracking number and found out that it was delivered March 12, 2016. I'm wondering why until now I am not receiving an email or a text from the office that they already accept it. It's been a week. What could be the problem? Is there anyone here who also experienced the same thing? please help me..thanks

Yes, we got married last December. I'm worried that I cannot file my AOS before my visa expires.

My fiancee visa will be expired on Friday, February 19... and I am not filing my AOS yet because I am still completing all the requirements... What will happen if I file it late, I mean after the expiration of my visa on my passport? Will the immigration still accept it or will they ask me for additional requirements? Please help me..thanks.

That is my DS 3025..I have all the vaccinations needed and the signature of the panel physician. Can I just attach it to I-693 and not see a civil surgeon? thanks

I have the copy of my DS 3025 vaccination documentation worksheet and signed by the panel physician. It was taken last August when I had my K1-visa application. Now I am already married and staying in USA. I'm filing for my adjustment of status. Should I still need a civil surgeon to certify it? or can I just submit the first part of form I-693 and the copy of my vaccination? please help me..thanks

I'm so confused with this requirement, form I-693. I have the copy of my x-ray in a cd and my vaccination record worksheet from the Philippines when I had my medical examination in St. Lukes Medical Hospital. Should I still look for a civil surgeon to sign and certify the form I-693? On my vaccination record I have the name and signature of the panel physician. Please help me. I need to file my adjustment of status on Monday. My legal status here as k1-visa holder will expire on February 19. Please help me. Thanks!

I arrived here in US on November 22, 2015..I got married on December 5, 2015.. I downloaded the forms that I would need for my adjustment of status.. I am finding difficulty in filling-up form I-485.. I am confused with the details that I need to write there...Should I use my married name for this form? what is my current USCIS status? is expiration date refers to my k1 visa's expiation on my passport or the expiration of my admission here? what to write for consulate where visa was issued?

I have the same case. I will be resigning in my job as a public high school teacher. My flight is in November. Do I still need to have a travel clearance? Thanks.

I am done with all the procedures for K1 visa. I have my medical examination, my visa, my CFO certificate and the sticker of CFO on my passport. I am working as a public secondary school teacher in the Philippines. I am filing my resignation today. Since I am working in a government agency, I need a travel clearance. Is it the same with the school clearance that I will accomplish or is it something different?

My fiance filed K1 petition on April 29, 2015. He received the notice of approval June 10, 2015. We waited for almost two months to get our case number. He called NVC and the agent gave him the case number. We're not receiving the NOA 2 yet. One of the requirements for my medical examination is the letter of case number and I don't have it yet. We just got the case number after my fiance called NVC. Can I have my medical examination even without NOA 2 since I already have MNL case number? I'm so worried. When will I receive the letter? Thanks!
