    CFO ph number at NAIA working???

    I reached CFO NAIA last Tuesday Nov 17 - just keep trying then someone will answer.. The guy from CFO NAIA told me that it's the consul who will inform them about someone getting a sticker before departure because they have one person representative to all terminals.. So being unsure of getting my sticker at the airport I prefer to get it in CFO Manila.

    Just keep calling the number someone will answer - I tried 5 Times (consecutive) then someone picked up the phone

    I reached cfo manila yesterday calling their office landline - they can't accept walk in and November is fully booked no slot available until December 8 but in cfo cebu they have slot during apec week the problem is if you will be coming from manila there's no flight going to cebu. We are at the same page getting GCP apoinment - so what I did I took the slot of November 23 at CFO CEBU will just have flight going there... try to check and get APPOINMENT by midnight or later in the evening there will be a slot open like what I did - I took a slot on Nov 26 around 1am I checked there's a slot for Nov 23 that's why I changed my APPOINMENT and took the earliest.. I hope you can find other way best of luck ;)

    I attached my 2x2 photo to my online registration form and I know will need to bring 2x2 photo during the cfo seminar..

    I'm on the stage of preparing on what to bring because I need to be ready for all the requirements that they will ask... Well besides the important documents we needed as there's a note that the consul will ask more evidence/requirements need to be prepared as my flight will be the next day after cfo... Good thing my schedule is morning session :) I keep reading other thread that gives me idea on what to bring that day :) this visa journey is really helpful ;) and those people who kept sharing their experiences for us to know ;) don't get tired helping ;)

    As far as cfo online registration you just need to answer basic info..at the interview they needed passport and visa but they will allow you to attend the seminar without passport and visa. Just inform them if your waiting for your visa and passport that the embassy still have those. once you have it you will go back to cfo for visa sticker

    This is all new to me thus the questions. Hehe.

    Anyway, i figured out the problem. I shouldnt be looking at that page to begin with. I clicked the wrong link. I was looking at filipino spouse of foreign nationals which is already incorrect given the title. Haha. My bad! ?

    Hi Harley44 Good day! My medical expired as well before my visa.. I received an email from the embassy that my case has been reviewed and that they needed my new medical report from st. Luke's and my son as well (and my new NBI clearance as well)

    There will be instruction from the email how you will withdraw your passport again from the embassy (window38)

    About the medical reports - we did it all over again! How did it go the first time still the same process but my son as he is done with SKIN TEST they just sent him to xray with me that same day..Good thing our xray turned out good! All I know once they found out something on your xray they will forward you for sputum test but in your case they have your medical history better yet calls st. Luke's and ask for information :) that's what I did before going again for our new medical reports.

    I hope you get your visa before your medical expired so less hassle for you ;)

    They did not give any piece of paper on the releasing area. They just told me to wait for any documents they will ask for me to submit and if I do not see any follow up emails regarding the documents my visa might be "deliver".. The st lukes gave me a time frame to be in US when december comes or else I will repeat my medical again..

    Hi there :) we're the same I didn't receive a 221g letter but after my interview I received an email stating what documents I need to provide for them.. My AP took awhile as the documents I needed to process will be needing much time it's about my son crba - our interview date was May 19,2015 and this October 20 our medical expired - will just wait for the embassy advised for our medical

    hello everyone!!! INTERVIEW: OCT 19, 2015/ RESULT = ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING due to NBI CLEARANCE missing AKA NAME.

    OCT 20, 2025- NBI CLEARANCE PICKED UP AT NBI MAIN OFFICE AND SENT TO USEM VIA 2GO.

    OCT 21, 2015- NBI CLEARANCE RECEIVED BY USEM.

    OCT 22, 2015- CHECKED CEAC AND CALLED USEM. STATUS STILL ON AP

    OCT 23, 2015- 5:20 AM ( US PACIFIC TIME ) CHECKED CEAC.VISA ISSUED!!!!!!!!!! =D

    Last September 1,2015 my son crba appointment at us embassy manila. It went well :) I struggled and I got worried...made a way on how to accomplished the crba without the cooperation from the father but at the end of the day we just needed the DENIAL LETTER of my son CRBA - the process and the waiting is really a hassle but thank God last october 22,2015 we received the denial letter and we sent all the documents needed for our k1/k2 visa 221g

    Such as:

    Nso birth certificate of my son

    Denial letter of CRBA

    My passport (Philippine passport)

    And my son passport (Philippine passport)

    As of today, I'm very happy :)

    I checked our case number (CEAC) from status date of May, 19,2015 (interview date) it was changed and update today October 26, 2015 although still AP but knowing that they checked our case number is another hope :) looking forward for next days :)

    anyone??who applied for crba even no documents from the USC father?

    my k1 visa and my son k2 visa is hold due to crba and my son father is rejecting and not cooperating to provide the documents we need and now we know that after the crba is denied we can Continue the k2 visa for my son :) thank you guys for sharing your experiences :) Maria

    It sounds like the child was born out of wedlock to a US citizen father. In that case, in order to transmit citizenship to the child at birth, it requires the father to make a written statement to support the child until age 18. So it cannot be done without the father's cooperation.

    In all other cases (born in wedlock, born out of wedlock to US citizen mother), it only depends on the US citizen parent's periods of physical presence in the US, and does not require the US citizen parent's cooperation.

    Yes, my son is born out of wedlock. And I can't get the crba approval without the father cooperation - I needed the crba denied so we can take the k2 visa route for my son

    hi VJ members good day :)

    I'm a k1 visa applicant and my son a k2 the petitioner is not my son father - during the interview I was asked to applied for my son crba which is took me a lot of research how can I push that application knowing the father will not cooperate and will not give all the documents i needed ... last march of 2015 as the father is still living in the Philippines i went with my son to talk to him and with my fiance knowledge of course and as expected he refused and said that we should not bother him anymore. i called the US embassy Manila ACS and i was advised to get appointment for my son CRBA application. I submitted all the documents i have on my hand (photocopy) i only have my son NSO birth certificate with USC father signature on it - now i cant provide documents from the father such as passport and birth certificate and proof of presence in the US as the father dont want to provide those papers/records. as i kept checking on this site and really helpful and given me so much knowledge the CRBA will be denied and we can continue to the K2 visa route (thank you so much) i received an email from the US embassy giving me schedule date on September 1, 2015...if anyone been to same situation as my son does can you please give me such insight what will gonna happen on the interview day :) denied letter will be given right away? and will ask me to go back to IV department? or... as our case is under 221g because of my son crba will just send the denied letter with our passports? i know and im thinking that they might be able to give me advise - but still better to have enough knowledge before going there :) and for me to know what to expect - i hope im not being silly :P and thank you guys!!
