Children born after I-130 approved in Bringing Family Members of US Citizens to America Posted July 27, 2015 hi i am a new member and have a question. i filed up a petition for my wife since 2012 and her case is in process with national visa center. my daughter was born in march 2013 i called national visa center to add her to my wife case nvc asked me her birth certificate but after one yers they send me back that birth certificate saying that my daughter require her own individual petition in order to immigrate to us. my daughter is only 2 years old and i already paid the fees for her and may wife at nvc $230 each. my wife can't leave her daughter alone if she got the visa what should i do in this situation to bring them both at the same time, please help me.
