Hi all!
We sent in our i-751 and packet to the California center via FedEx on September 12th. It was confirmed as delivered on the 17th. We haven't heard from USCIS yet, and my husband plans to travel abroad next month for Diwali. The check has not been deducted from our account. Is this in the normal time frame still? Any advice? Thank you!

Hi everyone,
I'm a little confused about the financial statements needed from a bank. The VJ guide says: Statement from an officer of the bank/financial institution with your deposits, identifying the following: 1. date account opened; 2. total amount deposited for the past year; 3. present balance .
I went to the bank and they had no idea what I was talking about, so they just printed out a bunch of documents with the requested information on them. Will this suffice, or do I need to get a letter from the manager of the bank?
Thanks everyone.

Hi everyone,
I met my fiance in India in October 2011 and we started dating then. He was finishing university then and was thinking about going to the US to study.
In 2014, he applied for an F-1 visa twice for Fall 2014 and got rejected twice. He then applied for an F-1 visa twice for Spring 2015 and got rejected twice. The decision was based on finances.
In April 2015, I visited him and we got engaged .
Currently, NVC has sent our K-1 petition to New Delhi and we're waiting for the letter to be sent to my beneficiary.
We're both really worried about him not being approved for the visa due to his prior rejections for the F-1 visa.
What do you all think? Has anyone been in this situation before (or heard of it) and can offer any insight??
Thank you all so much

Thanks everyone, we're getting worried because he has international travel planned for Nov 4th. Any advice on going to a USCIS office to correct the issue or is a trip deferment in order?
