I just arrived last June 2, 2015 with a CR1 status Visa... (less than 2 Years of marriage)

I would like to know if i will receive a hard copy of Conditional Permanent Resident Card?

If Yes, what is the procedure obtaining one. and how long does it take to receive it.

If Not, Is my passport with immigration stamped with date is valid enough to be my conditional permanent card?

Im quite worried, because I've read some blogs saying that they received a conditional permanent card in 1 month time.. I didn't sign any application.
