Just had my interview this morning!! Everything went great, approved!! SO HAPPY! Finally I can reunite with my husband

well, fiscal year ends this month - they might be pushing many cases through to get better stats!

My CC was Aug 27, today I got email with confirmation

Waiting for the interview. Not a lot people from Poland here, so I dont know what i should expect.

My scand date was Aug 6th, case approve Aug 26th - so another case with only 20 days. I hope that this trend is something permanent!

Another 3x n/a hew got our e-mail on Monday, Aug 11th, documents &ds260 were send around 5-6.08.

Now only interview and Im ready to go!

I got similar e-mail around Aug 11th, still waiting. I think I'm gonna start calling them next week (this week it's just overkill at my work) asking if there is any progress on my case....

So annoying, this whole process is just crazy and, frankly speaking, derogatory!

We submitted DS260 yesterday... I have mixed feelings about how long we will wait. Some of you get CC withing 20 days fors DS260, other wait 50+ days.... So annoying and stressfull!

I was so surprised to wake up this morning (Taiwan time) and see the 'PAID' listed under my IV Fee!! DS-260 now safely filed and supporting documents delivered to NVC yesterday. All that's left is the waiting. Let the wait begin!

Well, I have a funny feeling that everytime I call they flag my case and push it through. Probably just to get rid of this crazy lady who is calling them so often. So Im keeping my fingers crossed, maybe tomorrow it will change to 'paid'

You I'll get through in some hours. Keep on trying. It happen sometimes.

They told me that it take 7 to 10 days to process the fee... That's first time I've heard that, last time I called they told me 2-3 days for online payment and 21 days for mail.

I guess they are switching the timeline for whatever is more suitable.

I guess they are testing our relationships Cos the worst part of all of this is just being f^*$&%# apart

We paid IV fee on Monday, also still in progress ;/

Called and confirmed with NVC, CASE IS COMPLETE 7/27/15!!!!!! Thank you Lord!!! No checklist!! Scan date 7/6/15 that's 21days!!!! Thank you Lord for a fast and smooth process!!! Can't wait to be with my husband!!

So our AoS fee went from "paid" to "in progress" today. I guess it means they are working on the system...

We sent it in last time, this time we will wait

Well, I got through. But I have no news to be honest.

She told me what we already know - that IV online payment in unavailable because of "technical difficulties" and as soon as they are fixed it will be visible online. And that normal payment can take up to 21 days to process (which probably in this case means 21 days and up).

I guess we will be waiting for online payment, only because the AoS got prcessed in 2-3 days. Even if we get IV one in a week, it's still faster then normal payment.

Hello - I am newly wed and am ready to send the I-130 for my wife.

Since the process takes a few months, can I get her here on a tourist visa? Not to stay here permanently but to lessen the months of separation?

Hey, I hade the same problem. I had steady job in my country but 6+ months without seeing my husband was way to much. So 5 months after filing I went for a short visit. I had no problems on the border, mainly because I've never overstayed and I'm employed in an international company on a permanent contract. But it was risky - I was kind of prepared I might be going back home in the next fligh back.

It is for sure worth trying, but as everyone else is writing: it depends if she has some established ties in her home country and for how long she is planning to come to US.

Last time I called NVC (it was monday 07/20) they told me that invoices should be ready end of the month. But next day AoS invoice was available...

We have the same problem here. We paid our AoS monday/tuesday, yesterday I've received confirmation about IV invoice but no payment is available online. I'm still debating whether we should pay via mail or wait for the online payment...
