I know most women wouldnt put up with this BS, but he has told me maybe she can get settled in manila (she DOES have 4 children in samar), and not want to leave her kids. My husband has been having an online affair, and is planning to bring her here on a tourist visa, then apply for a change of status. At what point in this process should I report them? She has already applied for her passport, but not the visa yet.
