Your timeline makes me want to kick a pink flamingo. A real one! Haha How fortunate that Texans aren't stuck with using the Texas service center. I smell conspiracy! :-) I've seen alot of recent cases getting through nvc in under 10 days in the past month, but they appear to have slowed down again. We'll just have to wait it out I suppose. :-/Hello,
Doesn't sound strange. It took 3 weeks for my case to get from CSC to NVC and it took NVC 17 days to send it to the consulate. It is better to expect high range of the estimates and be happy if it is quicker for you.
Good luck!!

My faith in the government is around -2 and I think that's pretty fair. So yeah, you're an optimist. :-DYeah. I see that. I'm probably slightly optimistic, it's only been 15 days. I think I give the government and bureaucracy more faith than I should

I will say though that nvc is slow right now. It's been taking up to a month for them to receive and assign a case number to tsc petetions. Took mine 22 days
-
Shouldn't matter who calls, so long as you know all the info. I any remember what all they ask. Case reciept#, names, birthdays, addresses, and maybe last 4 of social security number

Our case left USCIS and logged into nvc the same time as yours. Was so hoping they'd send them to consulates at the same time as well. Mine is unfortunately still listed as "at nvc" :'-( we are so close.Mine arrived at the consulate yesterday! Emailed Montreal my packet 3 stuff. Should hear back within the next three days... hopefully lol.

Congrats man. Where in UA is your girl from? We are so ready for this to be over! Do you know what "administrative processing" even is. I see your case was delayed at nvc due to it and I worry we may have been stuck in the same boat. Been following some cases which noa2'd, sent from USCIS, and received by nvc the same day as ours. But theirs have already reached their consulate and ours is still "at nvc"

Thanks for the heads up. I can't read Russian so didn't even notice. I'll have my girl look at it now.

I'm so happy for you both! :-D I've been waiting to hear you've been approved. Feeling guilty that so many Jan's are still waiting while we are about to schedule our interview. After 189 days we finally received our approval last night July 27, 2015!!! Hallelujah!!!! We are finally leaving the TSC. Please everyone rejoice with me and for those still waiting please hang in there because you are not alone and it will soon happen. Thank you to all the members on Visa Journey for all your input, advice and encouragement!

Uuggg.... I'm here with y'all. I too researched a ton of recent timelines and many have been at the consulate within 10 days of arriving at nvc. Seems like they may be a bit slowed right now. :-/ We are ready, everything, just need it to hit the consulate so we can pay and schedule appointment. Anyone know if we can pay the fee before it reaches the consulate?

Update: managed to get the form to load onto my work computer. Printed it and emailed it to myself from copy machine. Now we have an openable copy. What a friggin pain

This is unacceptable. Has anyone found resolution to this, a jpeg copy perhaps. I visited 3 other embassy pages and their forms load fine, even from my phone, but not Ukraine. Y'all have been there, not exactly a technical nation, even my fiance's hospital work computer is ancient, running on win98. She can't find a place anywhere to print this f-ing form.

Yes, 160. Oops.Just to calrify, K1s need the DS160. DS260 is for immigrant visa.

Hello everyone. Really wish I had found this page months ago. Nice to have folks to suffer with. Haha. My timeline is pretty exact with bloopygirl. Trying calling today hoping for a case number but never got through. I'll try tomorrow right when they open. My fiance is from Ukraine which has incredible processing. As soon as they get the case we could have an interview scheduled for within the week. We already have literally everything ready in advance(paperwork,evidence,ds-260). Just need medical exam and interview. The USCIS server has been down a few times lately for short maintenance. Usually lasts less than an hour.

I suspect it'####### or miss when it comes to involving senators. All they have the power to do really is a congressional inquiry (fancy political term for asking a question). Now what this does do is makes them have to find your petition amidst the boxes of presumed crudely organized cases. If it's been there awhile or the case worker is in a generously good mood they may move it to the top of their stack. Or they could just as easily "accidentally" shred your birth certificate just to spite you for making them work more. There seems to be no real accountability at this stage of the process. I will say that so far, having done sooner research and submitting an organized and labeled position everything has gone smoothly for us so far without any lawyers or senators involvement.
