  1. HI;

    I have my N-400 waiver form rejected and send back to be me because of my incomes(+20000/year; single); Then, at this time i have made a trip into Canada for 20 days.

    Please i would like to know if:

    1- I must send to USCIS the stamped N-400 and rejected by USCIS because of the waiver denied; or i can send another N-400 with all update information?

    2- I need to update my N-400 and put my Canada trip in . For that i have to fill another N-400, then correct my trip and other information.

    Is that a problem because the old N-400 have a stamp of USCIS?

    Definitely, I want to know if i can send a new N-400 with the correct information+ money order and put the old N-400 with stamped USCIS into a waste basket.

    Tx u all

  2. Use the word "Present" instead of 'now'.

    If you are applying early at 4 years and 9 months, I would just list US addresses for that period, and not worry about the 3 months out of the country before that.

    In short, that section of the application is designed to facilitate the criminal background check.

    Tx u for your answer;

    I would like to know if we must send all evidence like: income taxe(5 years) and copies passport..etc.

    What happen if i send only copy of green card with the application and i bring with me all income tax and other things to the interview?

    Will it be a denied or not?

  3. HI;

    I am eligible for citizenship under 90 days rules and i have not completed five years of adresses in the US( lack of 3 months).

    Can i used these 3 months adress of my home country to complete 5 years of adress like its requires in N-400....

    NB:

    Where haveyou lived the last 5 years? Begin with where you live now and then list every locations where you have lived during 5 years.

    Tx u!!

  4. HI;

    I will be eligible for my citizenship 11/20/2015 ( 90 day rules)....On the current N400 form on the uscis site web, there's an expiration date on: 09/30/2015...Right top of the form.

    And I have to send my citizenship on 11/26/2015 and at this time there's no NEW N-400 available...
    At the right Top of the N-400; it's wrote: OMB No.1615-0052 ----Expires 09/30/2015
    Could i still use it even if it expires at this time 09/30/2015?
    ...I don't want to have a reject if i use the current expires N-400 form.

  5. You only need the tax returns for the last 5 years if you've stayed outside the US for longer than 6 months. This is what the USCIS website says:

    If you have taken any trip outside the United States that lasted 6 months or more since becoming a Lawful Permanent Resident, send evidence that you (and your family) continued to live, work and/or keep ties to the United States, such as:

    • An IRS tax return “transcript” or an IRS-certified tax return listing tax information for the last 5 years (or for the last 3 years if you are applying on the basis of marriage to a U.S. citizen).
    • Rent or mortgage payments and pay stubs.

    If you stayed outside the US longer than 6 months then you can use rent, mortgage payments or pay stubs as proof.

    Tx u all, i gonna put all evidence.

  6. In my case i will not have the current annual tax return to submit my N-400, what to do?

    GC 01/22/2011 and according to uscis calculator, i'll be eligible in 10/23/2015 (90 days rules)...Can i submit it without the current annual taxe return or i have to wait for the 2016 return taxe( on year 2015)..

    What can i do please?

    According to the USCIS Early Filing Calculator, you may file Form N-400 ninety (90) calendar days before you complete your permanent residence requirement, which mean the earliest day you may submit your application is July 06, 2015. And yes, you can start now.

    P/S: Even you submit your application earlier, you have to meet all other eligibility requirements.

    Good luck

  7. Hi;

    I will be eligible in in three months for citizenship under 90 days rules; but at this time, i will not have yet my return taxe for my 5th year as LPR ( 2015)....Please, What can i do to for? Because we must have all five return taxe to be eligible for the citizenship.

    What can i put in lieu of the taxe return to proove my continue residence in the us and pay taxe for all these years?

    This year, i work with an agency which pay me all my salary without taxe. I suppose to fill taxe myself.

    Tx u all

    the 90 day rule applies only when you are waiting to become eligible to apply for the citizenship

    You have been eligible for at least 10 years, so .. file away

    no need to wait

    Congrats!
