My husband is a US Citizen and he's sponsoring me, however, i am the one filling out the paperwork, with accurate information and his consent of course.

Should we enter my information under "Part10. Contract Information...of the Person Preparing this Affidavit, If Other Than the Sponsor" or should we leave this blank?\

I don't need a visa, i entered as a visitor. And no, i don't have an "expiration date" on my entry stamp.

Do i assume it's for 6 months?

I am completing my I-485 form but I'm unsure about what to write for expiration date for my Current USCIS status.

I am a Canadian citizen, already married to a US citizen, and I entered the US this past June. I don't have an I-94 and My passport has B-2 on my entry stamp, when would my legal status expire?
