I will tell him. Your comment help me so much. Thank you so much ?Make sure the letter of employment is official (on letterhead) and signed by his boss and that it states how much he makes. Chances are the Tax return will be an issue when you get interviewed but that's also why you're gathering proof now to tell the consule and explain to them why you won't be a problem..

he has the letter from his conpany how much he makes in this year and i will tell him to write the letter thank you so muchhow much does he make? does it cover the federal poverty guidelines? if so, all you may need are
-a Letter of Employment
-a letter explaining why his 2014 tax return is so low (he stayed with you for a year)
-paystubs for the past 3 months
but if you have a willing co-sponsor, all that may be moot then.. but yeah all they really care about is that you won't be a public charge when you get here

need help! 221 g
in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures
Posted
I just got denied for my k-1 visa at the Bangkok Embassy. I got the 221-g paper because my fiancée doesn't have enough in total assets right now. The 221-g paper says he has to have over 45000 dollars in assets, which he doesn't have right now, or 6 months worth of pay stubs. He lived with me in Bangkok for most of 2014 so his w-2 doesn't show that he made enough money. He has a job now in America with a job offer showing what his wages will be for the next year. Can he use this toward the 45000 in assets? Can he have a family member sign a vehicle over to his name to bring him over the 45,000 dollars? The other option would be to use a joint-sponser. I have read different opinions on whether the Bangkok Embassy allows joint-sponsors but I haven't read a definite answer. My fiancé called an attorney today who said he has used a joint-sponser many times, has anyone here had success using a joint-sponser at the Bangkok Embassy? If we can use a joint-sponser, do we have to send the paperwork through USCIS or the NVC or can we send it directly to the embassy? We are so disappointed right now and we are trying to figure out our next step. Any information or advise you can send us will help so much.
