They were doing maintenance on the website now it redirects you and gives you that message twice but once you hit ok or whatever it says it will allow you to enter the alien # and case #

Yes, everything is good and closed and we received the email confirmation of that on May 7th.

I know it's hard to get through to the NVC but I highly suggest calling and bugging the heck out of them...what does the CEAC status check say when you track your case #?

So you did get your case forwarded to nvc and did your ds260 and i864 and got a case complete email from nvc??

Also how soon did they give you a notice before your interview date?

I got my interview notice on July 17th and we are scheduled for August 26th...

Hello all, again...thank you all for your reply. I think I finally have an idea as to why my case might be taking so long. After reading your replies, I realize you all did it through a lawyer, and I didn't. Could that be why?

That has nothing to do with it....I've had friends and family that did it on their own and started their process after I did and they are done with the whole thing and I'm still here after 4 1/2 years waiting for it to be over....

You can follow time lines or the case complete to interview spreadsheet on here....it varies mine was completed July 1st and got my appointment on the 17th....it really does vary...

I'm going to do that if it comes to it when it's our turn!! Thanks for sharing!

I've been following some members that had their interview last week one of them got their packet in 2 days and the other the very next day....I hope that's the case for you too...good luck keep us posted!

Aos and iv documents are already been reviewed. Only the ds 260 left to be reviewed to get a cc. That's what the agent/representative told me.

All they had to review from my checklist was my marriage certificate and that took them 3 weeks it's very hard to predict a timeline at the nvc...

It takes them a while to intake and to output mail...even if you send your documents one day it can take up to 2 weeks for then just to open your mail or mark it as received....I had a checklist also but it didn't take 30 days for them to review it like they say it was like 3 weeks before my CC date and it took them like a week to email me a confirmation but I know sooner since I called all the time

Looks like the 17th was a lucky day for some of us....I also got my interview letter that day I'm scheduled till the 26th of August buy the waiting is over...

Hi everyone, I had my interview this past Tuesday July 14th, 2015 at the ciudad Juarez consulate I was approved and the person that interviewed me said that I should get it in 1 week.. So far I keep checking the website and says status of DS-160 and when I click it it I put my case number and then it's says case ready. This is stressing me out! I haven't seen my son and I was hoping to see him this week but seems like that won't happen. Can someone tell me how long theirs took? Will I receive mine soon?

Well i had my interview on the 14th of this month in ciudad juarez and 4 days before i went to get my medical exam and paid in mexican pesos but u do have other options such as pay in cash or pay with debit card (mexican and american) cards. Wish you luck!

My priority date is March 2011...mine is way older but they did schedule me only 2 weeks after my case was completed....but like I told you before I called a lot too...

They do schedule your appointment...once they schedule your appt they will email you a checklist and instructions on how to schedule you medical and biometrics appt. I called at least every other week to get updates on my case...I don't know why they take so long on certain cases

They schedule your appt just wait for your letter...once you have it you schedule your medical and fingerprints
