Case creation date changes along with the top of the box of the CEAC status update. It changes from Immigrant to Nonimmigrant. And I've been reading that it will be changed to "Issued". Sure by now you are in Stateside Hopefully mine changes soon.

This is good news, it means that you went from immigrant to non-immigrant if you have a new case creation date. If you look up at the top of the box, it should now say non-immigrant. Check back each day and you should see either another round of administrative processing or issued! You are in the home stretch
Thanks, yeah I only have JUST realized this change, and I actually do have a new Case Creation date. Why was it changed to Non-Immigrant anyways?

A Canadian officer did not do this.
Many sites in Canada offer pre-clearance. Meaning an individual will clear US customs and immigration prior to boarding the flights. This is common in Canada as it allows flights to land in small airports would not otherwise offer CBP
Ahhhhh okay didn't know that, that's interesting and yeah it does make sense. Good thing you're already there and congratulations!!! :D

Don't be worried, I have heard too many cases still at TSC for more than 3 months, but eventually they do get their approval. Maybe it's the lack of manpower, maybe it's just that they are facing too much volume of cases, nobody knows! But there is also another chance of your case being transferred to California of which could save you time, but if not, patience is all you've got. It'll come through don't worry, nothing is wrong with your case.

I don't understand this. Why is the Canadian officer denying you when the K1 packet is meant for the first Point of Entry in the US? Don't get it....

For the embassy in Singapore, the consulate doesn't say if it's approved or not, but takes 3-5 working days until delivery if there's no 221(g) involved.

I'm used to writing in this format - DD/MM/YY but since it's the I-129F applying through the US, best to use their format MM/DD/YY (month first).

Most that does not apply I put 'none'. Even if you leave it blank, should be fine too. My fiance left some of them blank. No issue there. But be sure to answer the questions that need to be answered.

Texas Service Center is the longest for any application going through them. They are currently looking at filers from March 2015. They are very back logged as compared to Nebraska Service Center or California Service Center. So it is definitely not a rejection. There are people from TSC still waiting since January 2015 for their NOA2. Keep checking, there's not much you can do to expedite the case. Patience... in the meantime keep busy.

For future readers, I obtained mine end August. It only took less than a week to collect. I went to the Singapore Police Complex to apply directly with the NOA2 letter Monday and got an SMS that evening that it is ready for collection from Friday that same week. It's only an A3 Certificate with your picture printed.
