mine changed to issued but doesnt say much.its been issued since monday..

OP, as far as I know, there are two scenarios for getting your SSN after entry on K1

1. Apply for one before you are married

2. Apply for one after you obtain your EAD (work authorization)

I have not heard of anyone getting a SSN after marriage but before getting EAD.

Not sure what you are asking. If you say "next to issued" then that means the step prior to issue and that would be AP. If you are asking what comes after ISSUED then the visa is prepared in your passport and delivered to you using the instructions from your Embassy.

Explain a little more if that does not answer your question.

.soorrry greenbaum.i was asking what comes after issued. hehe our status says ISSUED..but no tracking number or something. but my fiance said he chose the pick up but how are we goin to know that its ready to pick up?

Yes, they are working with you Fiances Visa, just keep on checking once a while CEAC website.

It should change to ISSUED soon.

my fiancee just got approved rhis morning and the visa status went to AP just now!!what does it mean???is going to have the visa soon??

our visa went to AP right away.he got got approved this morning!wow thats fast!

when i checked my status right after my interview, i got the same message that my case is open and it was changed to nonimmigrant. then when i checked this morning, it was changed to administrative processing

it went well. the consular officer just asked me a few questions like how did we meet, how old is he, where he was born, when did we meet. he didn't even ask for our pictures and conversations
