My parents just got their cases approved. Here is the timeline: Aug 6, 2014: Case received Nov 16, 2014: Interview waiver letter came, dated Nov 11 Jun 26, 2015: Emergency AP approved (mom left the day after) Jul 10, 2015: Online status changed to "welcome notice was mailed on July 7" 11 months!
