  1. I'm so sorry. I didn't keep the cases under my account. No points to do so tho.

Was curious about the number meaning. Also Im not able to pay with credit card to see the report.

I juat can't figure out how come they can access to USCIS date and have an accurate report. They run the number one by one? Or USCIS have huge date base that they can check ?....

Heard there's March approved so I just played around with my own last two number. Added up or the other way. Try to know people next to me or applied around my time if they get anytnjng or not.

Even it's a touch date update or even a ref would mean so much to me.

Didn't mean to violate other people's right. There's no name no address detail information for me to steal.

Didn't share with anyone any src number. Just saw a expedite. And applied around my noa1 and wonder how come for what reason the case could be expedited and approved in early July ...

Sorry again. Won't do it agin. Too deserprated to find out noa2 update.

  2. i was really bored and curious about how immifary gets the data from tsc.

so i was kinda messing around with src number.

i added couple SRC number under my usics account.

i found one timeline as below and wondering why this case could be expedited?

just wondering. why and how did they submit a expedite request to TSC?

Glad they got approved on july 13

  3. Hi Everyone,

while i was doing research about first name changing during k1 visa.

i noticed that in I129F form the part " other name used" means other name that you used before ( you changed your name before)

In my passport there is a name shown " "Also known as".

somehow i didn't think too much while i filed my form. i put my " "Also known as" name under the section "Other name used" in i129F.

is that ok ? to put A.k.a name which shown on my passport in the " other name used " section in i-129F form.

will i get a REF for providing more supporting doc. for the name?

thank you for you guys helping in advance.

  4. been waiting for Noa2 for 120 days. will hit 4 months mark on this sunday 7/26.

    still hear nothing from them.

just read another post about people in CSC got approved within a month.

that kind of post makes me so angry :(

why we sent it out so fast. should have waited one more week...

    been watching timeline too.

    i notice its slowing down?

    not much approval recently

  5. Hi Everyone

I applied K1 Visa with my name Mi-Fang Chen. * But i DID listed Amy Chen in "Other Names Used" in I-129F form.

I have Noa1 in March 2015 im now waiting for Noa2.

i want to change my first name to common American name for Amy Chen

My fiance , amily and friends call me Amy for years.

so now if anyone call me Mi-Fang Chen. i can't response to it right away.

plus most english speaking people can't pronounce my name correctly.

my friend said to me just change Mi Fang after three years later with American citizenship.

but i can't imagine to be Mi Fang for three years.

now im planning to change my Taiwan passport name to Amy Chen.

will it cause any negative problem with my K1 Visa?

can i ask embassy to change my k1 visa name to Amy Chen during my Noa2 interview

or i just need to take my old passport with me while i enter US with K1 Visa?

    thank you in advance.

  6. Hello Everyone,

My fiance and I started the K-1 Process back in February of 2015. I'm Taiwanese and he is a US citizen. We met in Taiwan and have been together for 3 years, he left back to the United States in search of work last February and has secured a job.

We are still in stage one as our application was routed through Texas. It has almost been six months and we just have to see each other. I plan to head to the US end of August/early September for 1 month. My fiance wants me to acclimate to the area and we will look for places to live and also plan our wedding. But with the work culture in Taiwan, I'll be let go of my job if I take 2 weeks off, let alone 1 month.

Sorry as I know these visiting questions have been asked a lot, but I've never heard of anyone staying for up to 1 month. Can anyone share their experiences? What can I do to make sure I can get into the country?

    Also,

    - With our NOA 2 expected between now and October... If we get to our NOA 2 while i'm in the US for a month, would that be an issue?

    - If we reach NOA 2 status before the trip. Can you travel to the US during the NOA 2 process.

We've waited so long to see each other and he has worked so hard in getting established back in the US. We absolutely don't want to jeopardize the K-1 process, but also its just been too damn long.

    Thanks!
