I want to know if i can include the name of company with before since i have resign in that COMPANY due to the new company i have sign contract with Before i left that country but never start work with them. Presently i am runing my own business which is trading store and computer training institute. Also have a farm land. My previous application was hold in June this year. I left that company in feburary this year please what do you think i can do?

happy New Month wherever you are in the world. Pls I have a question I am gathering an evidence to support my case to increase my ties. Since I have be denied in my previous interview. Please my question is. Is it not too much for me to include my Land documents, affidavit for fact, affidavit of my personal properties income and assets. My own personal business which I manage by myself. The reason is I do not indicate all these in my application forms in the first place. I am only show up my employer leave letter and a letter from the company I work for plus show there that I am married with two kids? Hope by showing all these will not indicate that I am not ready to go back to my home country or I am desperate to go to ?

Please your opinion is so important to me thanks.

Please is there anyone have an experience on how to CONVINCE Consular that you are not intend to stay permanent in US during the interview as most of the Consular doesn't give us the chances to explain further they will stand on only what they ask you Alone to answer him/her back. Pls any idea i'll appreciate it?

Thank for the question i didn't list my business there in the first and second application form Ds160. I only indicate the Name of my company plus the rest details and with the issue of Relative in US i said No. Onces i don't have any relative there already i was asked there that, Have you marry? I SAID YES then i told them the name of my wife. No question was asked with my kids inside d form. But during interview CO asked. Pls what is your suggestion!

Why i wouldn't enjoy this ? Does it mean the number of countries i have visited before that will grant me visa or the ties which i need to proof for them.

I got denied the first time simply because i forgot to include the name of state where i am going before i was asked to mention it then.

second time i made the same mistake i only tell the consular the state not include the details of the address where i am going in full. That is the only thing i discover that may cause my denied for me. I applied this year February 25th for the first time the second was June 9. now i am planning to reapply by December with my family since this friends told me that i should come together with my family and i want my wife,kids also have an experience of travel like i do before.

Needed is all evidence and proof that you have ties to your country to which you would return.

Papers for the house, land, job letter, business, family, the burden is on you alone to prove that you have family/business/job you want to return to.

If you did not have the house,job and wife/kids before when you applied, then your chances have gone up slightly to be successful this time.

If you plan to apply for your wife and kids also then there is less chance. Travel yourself first.

Please what is the possibility of getting the visa this time and which type of documents do i need to include.?
