Well congrats to everyone that has gotten their NOA2. Just for giggles even though I have only been waiting for 5 weeks I decided to call and find out why some cases filed after mine are being processed quicker. After the obligatory "normal processing time is 5 months" answer I got I was able to press a bit farther ( I guess it is my sexy voice or something). I was told that people that have been together for 2+ years get sent to a different "stack" as she called it with the more time being together the higher you are in that stack. There are a few officers that do these request and no others and then the rest of us below 2 years time go through normal channels.

I think that putting time on love is borderline criminal but there is and always will be the degenerates that do the human trafficking that will mess up everything for all of us honest people. We can not really hold that against anyone but it sure does suck to see people that files after you get approved before you BTW I will sell my new found secrete way to contact to a person every time for ONE MEEEELLLLIIIIIOOOONNN DOOOOLLLLAAARRRS!!! Just kidding, just call the number and press 1 then wait then 2 then wait then 6 then wait then 2 then wait then 4...I have gottten a person every time today, in fact one was surprised that the computer did not "filter me" as she called it

when I go to https://egov.uscis.g...atus/landing.doand put in my WAC# it says case was received, if the status changes from NOA1 to NOA2 will it reflect it there also? As in, will it go from Received to approved?

Wow 21 days? Mine was NOA1 on first but I do not expect a NOA2 until mid August. After that I will get my senator involved since he is running for Governor of my state

ya ya ya! So excited to see these approvals. It's been 28 days for me so I hope to see my NOA2 soon too!

Received Hardcopy of NOA 1 on 1JULY15

According to timeline it says barring any RFE (should not be a problem since much more info was sent than was needed) that our case should be adjudicated between August 9-13. Which would be perfect and fit in with our Christmas wedding plans.

Hmm both or our letter of intents were sent via email so neither of them had a signature, the lawyer I used did not say anything about it so I hope everything is alright.

Filed on June 26 got NOA 1 on July 1st, from everything I am reading the CSC can go from 3 weeks to three months. The only time I have read anything over that time from this service center is if there is RFE or something was misfiled. I also heard that Philippine K1 visas get expedited but I do not know if this is in true a fact or not. Anyone know where I can find some info on that?
