    • NIV Interviews – August 10, 13 and 14, 2015

      All interviews for Non Immigrant Visas scheduled and confirmed for August 10, 2015, August 13, 2015 and August 14, 2015, are being rescheduled:

      - August 10 to August 29, 2015 (Saturday)

      - August 13 and 14 to September 4, 2015 (Friday)

      K1 and SB1 Interviews – August 10, 12 and August 13, 2015

      All interviews for Fiancés (K1) and Returning Residents (SB1) scheduled and confirmedAugust 10, 2015, August 12, 2015 andAugust 13, 2015, are being rescheduled:

      - August 10 to August 21, 2015 (Friday)

      - August 12 to July 31, 2015 (Friday)

      - August 13 to August 1st , 2015 (Saturday)

    Hi guys.

    I am so sad right now. My fiancé has the interview for Thursday the 13th of august, I went to check the website now and it says that is has been cancel and reschedule for this past sat the 1st. I am calling my fiancé but cannot get a hold of him. I don't understand what is going on, who change it. I already email but I haven't hear back?

    anyone knows or had the same experience

    Hi

    I started this process back in May 2014 and everything went smoothly Nebraska then approved on October and no checklist at NVC and my husband interview was April 27 after waiting for him almost all day the consular office ask him where i was if i love him so much why i was not with him on in the interview. He told her that i was down stair so she told him to and grab me because she want to talk to me. btw my visa does not required my presence for the interview but thanks good that i went anyway. long story short she was not convinced about our relationship even thought that we brought picture since we were 1998...at the end she told him to come back in two weeks to get fingerprints that was May 8 we wait for almost a month until i decided to call the embassy because case was not touch.. the cuban lady told me that my case was in hold waiting for more evidence (which nobady told us that we need to submit more) so he went back on June 5 and presented more evidence and affidavit of support updated..then the glitch happen so my case was updated on July 1 so i decided to call to see if we are missing something else now and the embassy told me that they schedule another interview for him which i manage to get an early appointment because it was for August 21.

    Long story short he will be going for his 3 interview tomorrow July 10 dont know what to think at this point waiting for the worse to happen :cry::cry::cry:

    Anyone in my situation that can tell me what does it means a 3 interview is it going to be REFUSED omg i hate that word :cry::cry: :cry:

    Sorry I don't know much about the process or the 3 interviews but do wish you de best of luck and I hoped that everything is ok

    Cuba Packet 3?

    Hi all,

    I am very confused, because I see people mention that their fiance has to fill out a packet 3, which usually includes the DS-156 form, to bring to their interview. However, on the website for the Department of State and the U.S. Interests Section in Havana, I am not seeing any information about this. Is it required for Cuba? My fiance's interview is July 30, and he has already had his medical exam.

    I would appreciate any help at all. Thank you!!

    As long as he has filled the DS 160 you will be ok. I wish you good luck on the interview.

    question did you wait on the NVC letter to schedule the medical exam and the interview, and if you did how long did it took your petition to reach the interest section.

    I was able to track it on CEAC as soon as they gave me the number. What do you see when you enter your case number? My case is still at NVC.... this stage is taking forever :angry:

    And for DHL... from what I understand you can't track it until you know when it left NVC to the consulate. Even then, you won't know 100% that is your package you are tracking but there is a good chance it is.

    I was able to check on my PC, I was doing it thru my phone so it didn't show. Good luck I hope everything moves quickly.

    They gave my HAV number since I am from cuba, do I need anything else or do I have to fill out the DS 160 first to track in CEAC

    Hi everyone, I finally got my NVC number yeahhh, but I cannot find it on Dhl, nor track it on ceac, any comments on how long it takes to show please thanks.

    I called NVC today and finally got through. Bummer they don't have my case yet. NOA2 was on 23rd of June. In that time I could take a bike and ride it through the US

    Don't be discouraged your will be soon my was the 19 and I got my number last night, good luck

    Just called the NVC today and they stated that they received the case today. NOA from the 18th of June. About 24 days it took. I hate calling the number BTW, you have to keep dialing over and over until it starts ringing and then get to stay on hold for 10-20 Minutes before someone answers then it takes another 30 minutes waiting to find out the status.

    Anyways, I am happy they have the case it should be headed off to the embassy next week.

    Congrats my NOA is June 19 that means that maybe tomorrow I'll get my number. Congratulations
