I've heard that at the best, it's at least 3 days after they schedule, but it's common to not get the email for a week or more. I know someone who didn't get the email for a month!

I'm not willing to wait for the email, because I've heard of some people not being able to have their medical appointment in time for their interviews. I plan on calling NVC every other day, because I want my husband to get his medical appointment lined up as quickly as possible.

our CC July 9th

our Interview October 8th

someone in the mexico Facebook page said their CC was july 6 and got an interview date for october 8th

I called earlier today they said they were scheduling but she didn't know if the were scheduling for Ciudad Juarez Mexico

All we can do is wait and pray

U.S. Embassy in Cairo will handle Consular Cases Emanation out of Yemen

Because the Embassy Sana'a has suspended consular operations in Yemen, DOS has designated the U.S. Embassy in Cairo, Egypt to handle American Citizens Services cases emanating out of Yemen, as well as process visas for Yemeni citizens

Just got off the phone with the NVC I was told that they are scheduling for September which we already know then she said that they will start scheduling to the end of the month

Just called NVC still no interview but she did say they were still scheduling for September for Mexico

Just called the nvc and still no interview then I ask of Mexico was scheduling and she said all we can do was wait and that the embassy sends them a calendar of dates and times
