Hope i am in right area. question to who ever can answer. I submitted all docs and rec a checklist for a missing document. So, I sent in what they asked of me and now they confirmed they rec the mail last week and i called today and they said its under review, does this mean they are psychically working on my file? does it really take up to another 6 weeks to look at one document? thank you in advance to anyone that may know. its been almost two years since I've seen my husband come jan. everyday seems so long and hard. oh btw this is for N V C.

Question? -- filling out the form ds-260. Now pretty straight fwd , however when i get to the passport issuance date and expiration under neath i must put day-mmm-yyyy but when i go to fill in it only allows me 4 numbers! someone please help.

Can anyone tell me if the NOA2 are only mailed out? or does the USCIS website update the approval as well ? -- I sent in my RFE last Jan 4th , today makes a month they rec' -- working on it. Thanks to anyone in advances. This waiting I'm about to lose my mind

Thank you for the reply. One last question on the RFE does the website give you the approval the NOA2? as is says they will mail their decision or contact me if they need something further. That is what the website says now. they rec my RFE. Thank you to anyone who knows.

Congrats everyone. Quick Question. I rec' A request for additional evidence divorce decree was missing. (I have it ) My question is - my husband has a daughter she will remain with the mother for now in Romania. and come with us on vacations , holidays etc . The officer did not ask for her birth certificate , which I have. Should I include it now? as it wasn't in the I- 130 when we submitted. He didn't ask for it only the decree. Your thoughts?

Thank you for replying. Yes my PD is May 27th I called too and they said because they are working on May 2nd we are still in processing times. its hard I guess ours are on the bottom somewhere. Wish you a fast NOA2

Congrats!!! -- still waiting here Site was updated today now servicing May 2nd my PD is May 27 so im almost at 6 months mark and cant make a case inquiry due to the may 2nd... I hope it comes soon havent seen my husband in almost a year come Jan...

has anyone heard of getting their NOA2 before the USCIS website has been updated? Mine still saying the initial " we rec' your case on " do they really wait for last minute to touch the files? I know they have more than they can handle Im not complaining only wondering about website update status if anyone knows would be great! Everyday is a chance for a new blessing. I wish that was possible to transfer to CSC I live in L A too... Seems NSC has to many cases being sent there... they need to equal out the case load a tad. It so hard some days when all you want to do is just be with your spouse and be a family. I know they are doing their best at these Service Centers, but married should be a priority Best of luck everyone for a speedy NOA2 !!!

Me too, I don't think we will know until the 17 th st of this next as they update on this date .... only hope is Feb filers are getting their approvals.

I filed in may with NSC and I checked the website processing times for that service center it saying they are processing i-130 from Jan 2014 !! lets hope this is an error as people are getting their NOA2 from Feb from NSC... Best of luck to all of us.
