Hey guys! Today I woke up to the best news ever. My conditions were removed. Only God knows how bad I needed this. I prayed to him every single night and never gave up hope. Me and my husband split up shortly after I applied and I knew it would be a lengthy process if they asked for more evidence and I had to tell them to wait for my divorce. I literally checked the website every single day every thirty minutes. I know I sound like a psycho but the anxiety was the worst. I checked my status on the app at 9 this morning and still nothing and then I checked at 9:30 and there it was
new card being produced. I wish every single one of you the best of luck! -

Mine didn't. They just drew blood, took my pressure, and made sure I was caught up on vaccines.

So we got an RFE, despite including evidence of several joint holidays, two car loans and evidence that we have a joint account and filled joint taxes.
So what do we do to get affidavits from friends, my wife already owned the house so only her name is on it, we have a joint account but she uses her old account form texas because it already had all of her payments set up on it.
Not sure what else we can include, after 9 months of doing nothing its a pain, an interview would be much easier. any other suggestions, on what to get evidence wise or the process of getting affidavits.
Ask your friends and family to write a letter about what they know about the two of you. They could even include specific occasions that you guys did stuff together that could be memorable. Have it notarized. Also send them pictures. Lots of pictures. Preferably pictures where you guys are out in public and with other friends and family in them as well. If you guys have exchanged love letters or things like that in the past even like Christmas cards, send copies of those. Also you could send proof that you guys filed taxes jointly for 2016. I hope it helps.

israeli i am always on here just peeking at everyone and knowing you got approved makes me so happy or you for some reason. I check everyday hoping sammy will get approved. I am a june filer. Congratulations! Sammy don't lose hope!

I checked the processing times page for the CSC and it shows January 3, 2015, so I am guessing we have a 2 month wait? I hope we don't get called for interview, that will mean another overnight trip to Sacramento. How many people get called for interview, on average?
I read somewhere that 10% of applicants must be interviewed

Hello VJ March Filers!
Today I have received a letter from USCIS today stating that my request to Remove conditions has been APPROVED on 09/17/2015
That means that VSC is working already on March applications. I can't wait to see more approvals of VSC soon.
GOOD LUCK to you all and thanks for all the support through this long journey, I truly hope that each one of you receive the approval on your request very soon!
WOW this is great news! Congratulations. I'm a June filer and I am just eager for them to get to me already. The wait is stressful!

So you really think I shouldn't send the apartment lease from 2012/13 and 2013/14? I don't even know if I have that laying around somewhere. I sent these things to them already so they should have it.
If you sent it before then you don't need to send it again. You sound like you are good to go and I think you will get approved. I won't tell you not to worry because I know that's impossible. Look at me peeking on this thread and I only filed 3 months ago ?
But as an outsider and knowing all the things you sent I would approve you and I honestly hope they do. You will be fine. Maybe our worrying will be worth it in the end when we get the peace (roc) we are looking for. Good luck buddy!!!

Is anybody as impatient about this as me? I filed late June and I am checking on this site every single day to see how far along they are in each month. They just changed processing times on the website for VSC to 6 months. Hopefully if they stick to it I have 3 months left. Such a worry wart

Did you send pictures? I sent pictures in different locations with different people. Like on Christmas or birthdays. Also send affidavits from friends and family. And maybe cards you guys have gave each other. Good luck. I filed in June so I can in,y imagine how impatient you are.

good to know, my wife asked me so when will i get my new card...i told her probably at least a month hahah setting low expectation. we shall see.
good luck to everyone that's left - i haven't done research on citizenship yet, when do we start that? my wife will have had her GC 3 years Feb. Do we start before or after Feb? ( sorry i know this is not the form for it but we will all be there soon ! )

Sorry to disappoint you the Vermont office is having major issues, most of us here filed around December 2015 and we are still waiting for a decision, according to the predictions it will take 3 more months which means we will be waiting close to a year. Hopefully for you they will process it faster but the way it looks now they are taking their time with these cases.
