I just booked my k1 interview appointment, and it was completely different process than what I had read in VJ

the payment of visa feed was online payment and I don't know whether the confirmation page I got is enough to do my medical or the embassy will send me a letter to confirm my appointment

It is mentioned that they have updated the process.

If you recently went to the interview kindly advice all the steps you followed from the day you received the instruction from the consulate

I just checked the CEAC and i found that my file is "ready'

What does this mean exactly and what to do at that stage

should i call the embassy or just wait

is there an expiry date for the police clearance since in mine it is mentioned valid for three months

Hi everyone

i just called NVC they said they have received my file today the 28th August

the girl said it will take 30 days to get the NVC case number

i checked other timeline updates and the time to release the case number is only couple of days from the receive date

Does anyone had a delay is receiving case number of it is common to say it last 30 days

i wait then i will call for dublicate if not received by then

we were approved after 30 days from NOA1

we have received approval e mail for k1 visa on the 30th of july and up to date we didn't yet received the NOA2 hard copy

kindly advice and is there any one who had the same issue

is NOA2 required for the embassy interview?
