Idk if hes mentally ill, he just doesnt want to lose me cuz we were in relationship 4years and then we got married April this year. Idk im so confused right now. I just need he can change and start to focus on the future. Thanks guys for your advice. I think i got the answer that i can just go back to my country without getting divorce, but the condition is different right now maybe ill just survive here....

hello all,,, thanks for the reply and sorry for the delay. i got married on April 2015. I just got shocking news yesterday and it makes me more frustrated. I really wanna go but the condition is every time i said that i want divorce he always said im a quitter. and his mom is very nice to me (we still live in his mom's house). He always said if i left him it would make him do something stupid (killing himself etc). i feel trapped! In the other side, i dont know what to say to my family. I really dont have problem leaving cuz i never count on him financially, as i have my own business in my country. But he said he will do something stupid if i left. Now i really dont know what to do! To survive here, I must do AoS to get job and also to get Advance Parole to get out from USA and back again right? I dont know guys i feel trapped right now....

I got here using k1 visa and we already got married but we havent applied AoS yet till now. The problem if i really wanna back to my country because im not happy! I always pay my own stuff and my hubby seems not care abt it. And he seems doesnt care about AoS etc. He has no plans at all. Im very sad and mad. I really wanna just runaway after i bought ticket. Is it a problem if i just go home to my home country without divorce first? Thanks
