    30 days rule on F1

    Hi everyone!

    I wanted to get your advice on calculating the 30 days for my F1 entry since I need to buy my ticket. My program starts on 21 Sept - does this mean I can enter the US on 22 Aug or 23 Aug? Which day should I start counting from? I don't want any problems during the entry and I'm not sure how firm this rule is so wanted to get your opinion.
