    Hi guys,

    I'm a Filipino but I also have a Permanent Resident status in Canada. When I went back to the Philippines, I met a girl and we entered our current relationship.

    We have been together for 3 years now and I am now at a dilemma. I have over-stayed in the Philippines and I don't know if I can still go back to Canada. My girlfriend tells me she can take me to the US instead. So now I am wondering what would be the best option for both of us? Is it better to get a Fiance Visa or a Spouse (K-3 I believe?) Visa?
