Hi,

My mom is a US citizen and wants to fill an I130 form to bring me to States.

The thing is that I'm married by church in Peru but have not made civil marriage. Here in Spain -where I live now- church marriage is recognised as civil marriage with all its rights. I'm EU citizen.

The question is, how should I make this petition, as married? or as single? I have a child and a spouse. My doubt is if in the US is recognised my religious marriage or not, am I married for them?.
