Sounds like you have to start the visa process all over again.
Which will be faster reapplying or get married and then apply?

You're going to have to start the process all over again. It's been more than 2 years since anything was done on it- correct?
The last I contacted was May 2013. And the next email sent to embassy was 2015.
Have you contacted the US embassy?
Yes they never replied to the email. And they don't accept phone calls or walk ins.

To brief you guys on the case:
I applied for my fiancé on K1 visa (2011) he was called for interview however they postponed the case for 6 months due to administrative processing. He was informed at the interview nothing is wrong with the case we just require sometime and you may only contact after 6 months. Which we did but it was delayed for more than 6 months. They required us to resubmit fresh medical, police report, etc. (2013). We didn't submit the docs due to personal limitations, however now when I checked my status of the case (June 2015) it stated "Expired" as of March 2015 now I really want the embassy to reopen the case and pick up where it was left of or reinstate so we can submit the earlier required documents. What I should do?
Embassy: Islamabad, Pakistan
Applied from: Chicago, Illinois
File routed to: California Servicing Center
Reopen K1 expired
in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures
