Hello everyone i got my k1 visa and in a few days i'm leaving for USA, but i have a question long time ago with ex of my fiance we were fighting through calls and messages stupid threats etc and she is US citizen she said i'll make sure u will never come to USA just bcuz she dont want me with my fiance together even tho she said alot of bad stuff to me as well she said i sent all my messages to FBI and she sent me a message like from FBI that i am not allowed to enter USA, but if that would be a real message from them would i get my visa? Is department of state connected to FBI? If i enter USA can they return me back? Need some help from y'all.

Hello, me and my fiance we are doing k1 visa. We got approved next week is my interview. We didnt expected things will go this faster at all. Now he can't find the taxes,without taxes he can't do affidavit as i know. His dad is our joint sponsor can i go to interview only with his dad's affidavit? What if i just call embassy tell them i can't make it for next week,then schedule another date till he finds the taxes. Does this gonna affect for worse?

While i was pregnant and out baby is here now, we still didnt do his birth cortificate my fiance had to come this month now that our petition is approved is there a problem because we still didnt do birth approad?

She sent me the forward from fbi that they accepted the report. Se reported me to ic3 internet crime center it said if u feel like ur life is it danger report here. She did it. She is not scared from me at all i'm across the ocean she just wanna destroy our family what should we do what i do what should my fiance do? Please y'all i need some help.

Me and fiance we are doing k1 visa ex of my fiance she reported me to fbi because i threatened her life with death threats, honestly my fiance cheated on me but now he regret and we are ok i was so upset when i found out i said to his ex everything, she is US citizen and i'm not, she said i will make sure you and your child will never come to USA.

Me and my fiance we have a baby, if this report will affect the visa i have to raise my baby alone.

Hello everyone. I need some help hope y'all can do it. Me and my fiance we are doing K1 VISA. We applied while i was pregnant. We are still waiting for approval i brought into life a beautiful baby boy 2months ago. I still not register him, some are saying u should register him on ur name then when his dad will come he'll put him on his name,some are saying u should wait till his dad's come to register him. I'm in middle of everything. Please if y'all have been through this tell me i would appreciate it alot. Thanks
