Hi, I'm a U.S. Citizen but I am living outside the states . I want to move back to the states and i want to bring my 2 kids and spouse . I applied for the immigrant visa and I went through the proceedings and I paid the AOS and iv processing. The only step left is the AOS . My uncle will sponsor since I have No job or assists so I can't be the sponsor but he is retired. Which I-864 should he present and financial documents.
