I will the hubbie and I have been having issue with him getting a package I mailed a month ago to him in Gambia but I have gotten him to reprint everything in the packet ...InshaAllah we will be approved on Tuesday when he goes.

if you don't need you computer, pack it in you luggage if you wont use it in the plane . wrap it up with some bubble wrap or clothing for protection .

If you insist on carrying it with you .You aint got nothing to worry about just carry it with the power cord and trust and believe if they want to turn it on they will find a way .

Do not stress yourself over these details .

After two years of filling , we were put in admin processing and were told to change the term on our marriage certificate because we had opted for polygamy .It took us 2 months to do that and what made it even more challenging is that I could not make the trip to Dakar .fortunately there were other ways to do that via the power of attorney

My wife was finally approved today for her visa without any setback .

thank God and thank all the support I have obtained from this forum .It gave me hope and helped me keep my sanity lol

Ty everybody i went to embassy for my second time i brought over 700 copies of documents they only took a half of documents.

About little secondes i got approval without any question

My case was expedited.

I have been emailing the embassy inquiring about an interview date. No response. My case has been at the embassy for two weeks now.

CEAC shows they last touched my case on October 21.

Should I call the embassy?

Did you have your interview yet ?what was it expedited for ?

Your case shouldn't be sent at the embassy until an appointment is scheduled for you .if you still don't have an appointment I suggest you call

sounds like you have all you need .make sure you include boarding passes,hotel reservations for all your trips ,guest list,

you don't have to submit every text or conversation that yall had but make sure you include those where you talked about wedding plans and so on .

then you don't have to worry about it .the only fee you will be paying is the visa fee once approved any time prior to coming to the stats

I believe you have to if you are a k1 visa .As to how much I don't know because my wife is a ir1 visa .

Im applicant waiting interview in 17days.

My question is when i have to do médical?i saw embassy website they put 3 docters.why some people said its only 2 docters allowing to do médical.thanks

i am guessing the 3rd one must be new and was not added on the older lists .but however if the consulate listed 3 you can be sure its 3.ill advise you one thing tho. get it done as soon as possible and get it out of the way so you wont go what my wife is going thru right now.
