Hello everyone!
First of all I want to thank you all who shares their experience, helping others. It is not time for us to remove the conditional status yet. We will be doing it in July. But I decided to take a look at the form. So I know they want my elis account number, I know where it is at. I have changed my password in January this year. I was sure I remembered it.
I was trying to log in, it didn't let me. I requested a reset password instructions. I got the whole new step by step instruction how to create an account.
Can anyone fill me in, please? Has anyone experienced such situation.

Guys, there's an easier way to find out your IOE number. After paying the fee you've got an email with Agency Tracking ID.
Just replace final x-portion of the link below with the Agency Tracking ID information and a page with your IOE number will open.

hello everyone, I received check from US department of the Treasury for refund of immigrant visa processing fee amount of $325!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just keep bothering NVC, call and email them!

Called NVC yesterday, my scan date is July 1st. It has been almost 50 days without any updates. So NVC rep sent my case under supervisor review on Aug 18th. I don't understand why it takes freakin so long! my case is very simple, just applying for my mother via IR5. Hate NVC!

My scan date is July 1st, complete DS-260 on July 8th. No updates yet. Called NVC multiple times in past two weeks. Called again last night, was told NVC has holiday so that's might cause delay.
My case is IR5, for my mother.

1. DO NOT DELETE THESE INSTRUCTIONS.
2. Please make sure you are using Rich Text Editor as your message setting (Settings->Posting Settings->Enable visual (RTE))
3. Click "Reply" on the most recent/updated posting version of this list.
4. Remove(top and bottom) around the list.

I filed I-130 for my mom on 19-Nov-2014, but got approved on 6-May-2015. I thought parents case should get approved faster, but who knows.
I think you should call them.
Another trick thing I did was you can go to USCIS website to check other ppl's case status which next to your case number, see whether they got approved. For example, your case is ABC123456, then type ABC123457 or ABC123454, like that.

Hi guys,
I emailed AOS and IV package to NVC on July 1st, 2015, and received email form NVC on July 6th says already received my case on July 1st and will need 30 days review it.
Not sure my scan date is July 1st or 6th.

Hi guys,
Is there anyone who paid IV fee by mail before Consular Electronic Application Center online system got fixed, then paid IV fee again online after CEAC got fixed?
I sent IV fee by mail on June 30, 2015 and was delivered on July 5, and CEAC was back to normal on July 6th, so I made anther payment on July 6th. I just submitted DS-260 today, July 8th.
Is anyone in the same situation? I want to wait my case is complete here then requesting a refund.

Nope. Online is the only option for DS-260. Need to be patient. I read NVC's latest tweeter says "We are still experiencing problems with some online immigrant visa application forms. We hope to have a fix in place for this by early next week."

Update!!! I just received email from NVC that Chose me as agent and also included IV $325 invoice. Jun 30, 2015.

I got my NVC case number on June 5th, same issue here cannot login system. I have called them 3 times (603-334-0888, press 2) and was told they haven't
put my case into system yet but once they done, they will be able to choose an agent for me through phone. I called yesterday, June 29th, rep helped me choose an agent over the phone. He asked my email and phone number, said will email me the IV bill. But hasn't received email yet.
Just give you guys an idea that how long to take.
