I spoke to an agent two days ago and she told me they finished september and starting october so I don't think anything they say is the truth! My case complete was on August 17 hoping for an october interview!

Got our case complete on August 17, 2015, hopefully we'll get an interview this month or next ! Praying for everyone else!

I called today as well and the lady told me the same thing. I hope it doesn't take that long, I am so fed up with the nvc.

Oh okay, yeah our processes are different my husband is applying for I-CR1 visa and your process is the K-1 visa so I'm not sure how that one goes. Basically I'm waiting for a CC (case complete) from the NVC and then hopefully get a interview date that way he can do the medical exam. The police certificate was already done because that was included in the documents that had to be sent to the NVC.

Usually I'v heard if they hold onto the passport then most likely he's approved and will receive his visa soon maybe within a week, but I'm not too sure I'm speaking regarding the embassy in Lebanon.

Guys I just got my interview date now...its on 23rd of august. Feel so happy.

Congrats!!! When did you submit your DS260 form if your case was complete on july 7?

That's the same for myself as well everything else is reviewed and I sumbitted the ds260 on July 5 as well so I'm hoping it just takes them 30 days to review since that's the only thing left .

The nvc already reviewed my papers the only thing left was the DS 260 application it would have been done a lot sooner if it wasn't for website issues. So I'm waiting for them to review it and have my case completed.
