    Hi everyone,

    I am a US citizen and I want to apply 130 for my sister. I have applied my 130 for my parents 6 months ago. My question is what should I write for Part D (Other Information) that asks: Have you ever filed a petition for this or any other alien? And If "Yes," give name, place and date of filing and the result.

    I have applied while I was in the USA.

    Is it going to be like this?

    My Father's name, National visa service, Date, in progress
    My mother's name, National visa service, Date, in progress
