My ceac status check says administrative processing. It doesn't say administrative review.

Is there really a difference ?

This is normal nothing difference and consular will check and reviews all your documents again if there nothing wrong or any request important document required,i'm sure after 30 business day they will send your fiance an Email or call her on cell phone to send the passport back to the US Embassy and get her Visa shortly or you also can contact the US embassy in Bangkok : visasbkkiv@state.gov

I sent mine June 18 and had my text NOA1 June 24.

Which address you sent the packet too ? do you have Tracking Number from the post office so you can track you Packet !

My Fiance he got receipt number.( NOA1 ) 7 days after we sent out our packet , and 41 days to get NOA2 . California Service center . Double Check with the address and tracking number . Good luck

Everything you sent in the packet its correct , For the form G-1145 you should put the petitioner name. and once when you get the receipt Number ( NOA1 ) then you can check your case status .
