Myself and my 6 year old daughter have just had our K1 application approved at the Texas Service Centre and whilst going through the documents required for our interview in London, it states that both parents names need to be on our Birth Certificates.
I split up with her biological father when I was still pregnant, he isn't named on the certificate, does not have Parental Responsibility and has had limited contact with her, especially within the last year.
I'm worried that the consular officer will not accept that and I was wondering if anyone had been through a similar experience?
